江宁区岔路学校(小学)五年级英语备课组活动(6)
一、情况概述
12月17日,五年级英语组的全体成员在506办公室进行了第六次集体备课。本次备课围绕“围绕单元主题,整体设计教学”这一主题展开。首先由各位老师交流反馈在各课时教学时如何围绕单元主题来设计,然后研讨苏云露老师执教的5A Unit 8 At Christmas这一课,最后由程钰泉老师就本学期备课组工作进行总结。

围绕单元主题,整体设计教学
4.活动目的
利用本次集体备课的机会,围绕单元话题,整体设计单元教学,组织本组教师对上课教师的教学设计开展研讨,总结本学期备课组工作。
5.活动步骤
①组长提前一天发教研活动通知,给本组教师发放集体备课材料。
②苏云露老师在五(5)班执教Unit 8 At Christmas,全体英语教师听课学习。
③在教师506办公室开展教学探讨,每位教师整理自己的想法依次发言。
④主持人归纳总结
6.活动要求
每位专职英语教师根据通知提前参阅相关教学资料,熟悉本次集体备课活动的内容及研讨主题,围绕主题准备自己的发言稿。研讨结束后积极撰写活动反思,并上传到自己的博客。
三、研讨评价
(一)研讨教研课
苏云露老师:通过第1课时的学习,学生对Story time和圣诞节有了一定的了解,因为本节课对Story time的学习采用了问答形式,在课文已有内容的基础上进行挖掘和拓展,并给了学生一定的自由发挥空间,更容易调动学生的积极性。
任恬恬老师:教师运用多种教学手段,注重情境中学习新知。Grammar time的学习中,教师创设了新的场景,即刘涛和家人的圣诞安排。学生通过小组合作,不仅能学会使用表示顺序的副词,还能发挥个人所学,在其中加入自己感兴趣的活动,使得Grammar time的学习不仅不枯燥,还有一定的创造性。
周域老师:教师课堂上以学生为主体,给予学生充分的发挥空间。Fun time让学生通过小组合作制作圣诞卡片并且最后集体汇报成果,教师鼓励学生在制作过程中尽量使用英文交流,在开口说和动手做的过程中掌握这几个重点副词的使用。做到了“动中学,学中乐”。
夏广燕老师:教师在设计教学时要以这个话题为主线,将单元的各个板块串联起来,形成单元整体教学。一个课时要涉及同一单元中两个或两个以上版块的内容,相关话题或任务活动相似,可以考虑将这些单元调整到一起进行教学。拓展部分可以延伸。
程钰泉老师:教师板书精美,教学设计思路清晰,首先头脑风暴,看图联想圣诞活动。然后深入讨论课文内容,补充新知,巩固新词,提高表达能力。最后创设新情境,不断巩固连接词的使用。
(二)总结本学期工作
程钰泉老师:本学期我组能坚持两周一次的备课活动,由每位教师轮流主讲,备课组活动一学期达6次。 精心组织全组教师开展教育教学研究,根据开学初定下的备课组研究主题“整体设计,有效教学”,开展多节研讨课,开课后都集中评课,先由执教老师说课,然后由组内其他老师评课,每次教科研活动气氛良好,真正起到教研的作用。回顾取得的成绩,本组的陈沁圆老师执教了一节校级大教研课,陈沁圆老师围绕单元主题,注重培养学生的综合语言运用能力和自主学习的能力,课堂气氛活跃,受到一致好评。我组的苏云露老师代表南京市参加江苏省小学英语基本功比赛,取得了一等奖的好成绩。在今后工作中我组老师将重视专项内容的过关,课后个别的辅导和高效学法的指导,促进学生更好发展。
四、教学设计
教学目标:
1. 深入理解Story time,会说、会读、会用圣诞词汇:Christmas, Father Christmas, Christmas tree, present, stocking, turkey;
2. 基于故事听懂、会说、会读first, next, then, finally及相应活动:First, we buy presents. Next, we put pretty things on the Christmas tree. Then, Christmas Eve comes. Finally, it is Christmas Day;
3. 能流利、有感情地朗读故事,在教师的引导下复述课文内容;
4. 能使用表示时间先后顺序的副词first, next, then, finally及大量相关词汇描述圣诞活动。
教学重点和难点:
1. 会使用与圣诞相关的词汇描述圣诞活动;
2. 能正确使用表示先后顺序的词描述圣诞活动。

Step 1 Warm up
1. Enjoy a song: Jingle bell.
T: What is ringing? What holiday is coming? Who’s coming?
S: Father Christmas is coming.
2. Play a game.
(屏幕出现与圣诞有关的物品,学生大声说,可以奖励小礼物)
Step 2 Review Story time
1. Look and choose
T: Christmas is fun. Do you know a lot about Christmas?

根据描述猜圣诞物品。

(1) Before Christmas
T: How do Mike and his family spend their Christmas? Let’s read Story time together and recall their wonderful holiday.

S: They buy presents for family and friends.

(学生可以中文回答,教师根据学生回答教新词,如:card)

Step 3 Grammar time
1. T: Mike’s family’s Christmas is fun. Look, who’s he?
S: Liu Tao.
T: Liu Tao and his family want to have a happy Christmas. But he doesn’t know what to do first. Let’s help them. (完成教材Page 81 Read and write)
2. T: Let’s write down our good ideas to show Liu Tao how to have a wonderful Christmas.
(学生四人一组,合作为刘涛写圣诞计划,然后教师随机选1~2张活动卡,投影,让学生朗读他们的圣诞计划建议)
T: Your ideas are all great! Liu Tao and his friends are all very happy.
3. T: Now, Liu Tao is telling his parents about his plan. You are Liu Tao. You partner acts Liu Tao’s mother or father. Talk about the plan. Ask for more advice.
Step 4 Fun Time
T: (呈现刘涛思考图) What is Liu Tao thinking about? He wants to make a card, but he doesn’t know how. Let’s give him some advice. (PPT呈现一些圣诞卡图片)
T: Now, Liu Tao knows what to do. Look, what is he doing now?
S: He’s making a Christmas card.
T: Do you know how to make a card? Watch Liu Tao and try to say.
First, fold a card. Next, draw a picture. Then, write your message. (信息) Finally, write your name.
T: Now make a card in groups. I’ll take a video of you with my mobile phone.
